Born to eternal life June 24, 2009, age 84. Beloved husband of Bernice Nee Melewski. Loving father of Gloria Jeff Darton, Richard Judy, William, Allen Sharon, John Lori, Rita Thomas Tilson and Robert. Also survived by 17 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation Wednesday 9-11 AM at ST. MATTHIAS CHURCH, 9306 w. Beloit Rd., with Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM. Interment St. Matthias church cemetery. Retired employee of the US Postal Service after 41 years and a WWII Marine.
