Passed away Wed., Oct. 13, 2004, at the age of 65yrs. Loving father of Becky Paul Dickrell, Kevin Carrie, Mark Amy. Loving grandfather of Alyssa, Paige, Emma, Ethan and Benjamin. Dear brother of Ted Glenda of South Dakota and the late Tom. Proceded in death by the late Oscar and parents Clarence and Margaret nee Winther Formeley married to Mary nee Nelson. Also survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. Inurnment Wood National Cemetery.
