Passed away peacefully at home after a courageous battle with cancer. Loving husband of Shelley (nee Kaczor). Son of the late Bob and Bea Mazurek. Son in law of the late Mike and Virginia Kaczor. Brother of Deb (the late Ken) Arndorfer, Judy (Todd) Engel. Brother in law of Kathe (George) Jukish and Judy (Dick) Marcus (and late Randy Bozich). Further survived by nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. Dave will be greatly missed by his loyal dog, Rupert.
Private services were held.
