Called home to be with his parents on Monday, July 22, 2019 age 47 years. Proud “out of this universe” dad of Craig and Casey. Loving brother of Ann (Dennis) Scheeler-Woznicki, Susan (Mark) Roessler and Patricia Slattery. Dearest uncle of Matt, Zack, Alexandria, Shannon and Cameron. Step-son to Kathy Slattery. Further survived by his treasured “Girls” Dawn Ellifson and Bow, other relatives and many friends.
Family and friends will gather at the Heritage Funeral Home, 9200 South 27th Street Oak Creek on Friday, July 26 from 3-6:45 PM with a sharing of memories at 7:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers memorials appreciated. Dan was the light of our lives and we plan to have a star named in his memory.
