Passed away on Thursday, January 24, 2019, age 72 years. Loving husband of Sandy for over 49 years. Dear father of Christy B. (Eunju) Nielsen Jr. and Danielle (Francisco) Flores. Proud grandfather of Isabelle, Francisco Jr., and Amelia. Brother-in-law of Ronnie, Kathy, Sidney (Debra), Everett (Ruth Ann), Kent (Linda), Norma, Maxine, and Connie. Preceded in death by his parents Christian and Joyce, his brother Dale, and his sister Diane McCrossen. Also survived by his special niece Becky, nephews, nieces, other relatives and many special friends.

A visitation will be held Saturday, Feb. 2nd, from 1:30-4PM at the Funeral Home. A Funeral Service will follow at 4PM. Interment Monday, Feb.4th, 11AM at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery.

Christy was proud to be a Vietnam veteran and a dedicated City of Milwaukee employee for 33 years. He had a passion for helping friends and family with special projects, when he wasn’t spending valuable time with his three grandchildren.
