nee – Smitka. October 20, 2009 age 91 years. Beloved wife of the late Jack Moffatt. Loving mother of James Diana, Charles Rita, Marolyn Kutz Peter Hornburg and the late Neil. Dearest sister of Dorthea Dwyer. Further survived by 9 grandchildren, 11 great grand children and many other relatives and friends. Visitation Friday, October 23, 2009 10:30 am – 12:00 pm at ST. VERONICA CHURCH 4001 S. Whitnall ave. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at NOON. Followed by Interment at Mt, Olivet Cemetery. Retired employee of US Postal Service. Member of N.A.R.F.E. Memorials to St. Veronica Church appreciated.
