I am so sorry to hear of Aunt Audrey’s passing. She was a wonderful and petite lady with a huge heart, and I think of her every time I see or hear of Nancy Drew. Aunt Audrey read the entire Nancy Drew (girl detective) series when she was ill and bedridden in her youth. When I was, maybe 10, she gave me some Nancy Drew books, and I loved them too, and also read the whole series. And my daughter, Tory, also devoured the entire collection of Nancy Drew mystery books, I think there were 64 in total. I am so sorry for your loss, Dan, Denise, Brian and families. My heart breaks for you. My condolences also to Aunt Esther and Uncle Larry.

I remember my husband, Gerhardt Schattner sharing the many memories and good times as children he and his sister had while the parents played cards for the many evenings. My deepest sympathy and prayers to Audrey’s family.

    God Bless,
    Helen Schattner
