Lola Lester Orlando

As a young girl, my Aunt Nina was so very special to me. She always made me feel welcomed. Some things come to mind: Watching me as a baby when my mother was hospitalized. Boiling me hard cooked eggs. Sharing pears with her. Tasting all her cooking, especially biscotti’s. Hosting my wedding shower. As we grow up, one takes so much for granted until I got married & moved away from Milwaukee’s family/friends and traveled with my navy family from coast to coast. When we came back to Milwaukee, we always visited Aunt Nina at her home or in her assisted living facility. I just hope I can be half the woman my Aunt Nina was. She is at peace now. Our deepest condolences. Ken & Lola Lester Orlando & family.
