Son of Melvin and Mina Gartman. Brother of Kathee Jeff Taylor, Cindy Tom Nowak, Laurie Bruce Bucholz, Sherry, Allen Melene and Andy Gartmann. Son-in-law of Erlene Grams. Further survived by other relatives and friends. Visitation Tuesday, 4-7 PM at the funeral home with Funeral Service at 6:30 PM.
