Amanda Marie
Garcia

Garcia, Amanda,
Entered Eternal Life on Saturday, January 7th, 2017, age 30. Loving and devoted mother of Koron, and step-mother of Jakari Wright. Beloved fiancée of Randell Wright. Loving daughter of Greg and Brenda Davis. Preceded in death by her biological father Jose Garcia. Loving baby sister of Benji Garcia, Chris Mayo, and Ariana (TeeJay) Towns. Loving aunt of Jamilette Santos, Kneyana Simmons, Jazmine Mayo, Izabella Mayo, Alijah Simmons, Addisyn Mayo and. Best friend of Anna Timms Sellers, Mama Linda Blaine, and Rashaad Campbell. Also survived by extended nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins, of the Towns, Garcia, George, and Davis families.
Amanda was a truly devoted mother and her son Koron was her everything. She had an infectious smile, and smiled so much that she was given the nickname “Gums”. Amanda was the life of the party, and always wanted everyone to be happy. She deeply loved all of her family and friends, especially her fiancé Randell. Amanda was also fiercely loyal, and had her family’s back no matter what. She was quick to forgive, and got along with everyone. She lived life to the fullest, and made every day count.
Special thanks to Porche Thomas, Caldonia McCurry, Lisa Servais, Katrina Barbee, Nicole Holley, Emilee High, and the rest of the Heartland Hospice Team – words can’t express the gratitude the family has for what they’ve done, making sure that Amanda kept her dignity and respect through everything. Thanks also to Pro Healthcare Center of Pewaukee, especially Dr. Krouwer and his team, who have cared for Amanda for the past 5 years.

My Daughter always had a smile on her face no matter what the circumstances. She made sure that everyone around her was smiling too.
When she was Born she came along with Sunshine and happiness to us all. Her cry was unique like no other Baby. She had pauses in between as if she was gasping lol.
She was Born with a hole in the Heart which was very small and closed in a year and caused no issues.
She was my last Born and the only one that cried when I left her at School for the first time. She was “Mama’s Girl” attached to my hip. I was fortunate enough to be able to take her to Work with me before she started School because I Worked in an Office all by myself.
She was generous to a fault. That’s hereditary. Yet she went even further.
Her smile extended even to her last breath. It was a slight smile but it was there to let us know that she was finally able to be at peace and no longer in Pain. She wanted to reassure us. Even to the end she cared about others and had her smile.
I Love you Amanda and I will always miss you and have you forever in my Heart.
Thank you for being a part of me and Loving me as you did

Today marks a year since you have been gone.
How did I do it? How did any of us do it?
I’ll tell you how, although I know that you got your strength from me your Cancer made you even stronger with needing to get through it like you did the first time in January 2012.
This time when you knew that there was no hope or anything else that they can do, you knew even before that but you kept saying that you’re going to fight it. You tried but because as you told me you had a Son and it wasn’t fair! I know that you weren’t thinking about yourself, you were thinking about your Son. That’s what a great Mother does, put her Child first. He was your life, you were mine my Beautiful Daughter and last Child.
May you forever be at Peace and know that your Son is taken care of. I Love you Baby

It’s a Day late but I couldn’t imagine Mother’s day without my last Born but thanks to your Sister it was bearable. Your Son was a little quiet which is expected so we left him to his quiet on his Tablet until we ordered a Movie and he
