We send our warmest condolences. Al and his family were our first and most steadfast friends since we moved to the home across the street. There was nothing that Al would not do for a friend. We can never recall him getting angry or not offering to help one of us even it it meant that he might be late for his own appointments. We baby sat his sons and he in turn welcomed our children into his home a generation later. We will all remember Mr Winslow’s war stories and knowledge of history. We will miss him but can still picture his warm smile and kind face as he walked across the street to offer assistance, advice or to simply chat.

We have fond memories of Mr. Winslow, especially of all the Halloween Candy he used to give us during Trick or Treating. We were always sure to fill our baskets up after the Winslow’s house. You are all in our thoughts and prayers.

As long as we live, they too shall live, for they are a part of us, as we remember them.

I was so sorry to hear of your loss. I have many fond memories of visiting the wonderful Winslow family across the street. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

With love and sympathy- Annie Geniusz
