Joe was a genuine person. My memory…at my wedding (2001), the person who made my cake forgot the bride & groom cake topper. At some point before dinner, Joe left to get me one (unknown to me at the time). He came back with these beautiful glass swans, blue and green, which I still have to this day. They were perfect. I also remember he made the best meatball sandwich! He had his cart outside MJS for a bit. Best lunch ever!!
