What devastating news. After trying to reach Nancy by e mail and phone this last week, I googled her name and my worst fears were confirmed. So sad. Nancy was my oldest friend. We met in the summer of ’64 as part of the Herald Tribune World Youth Forum. Her wit, humor and love of musical comedy cemented a friendship that lasted all these years. We’d always meet up when she came to NYC and go to lunch or see something fabulous. She was a bright light. I am brokenhearted. Condolences to her family, and thank you Nancy for your spirit.
