Philip L. Albers

Passed away peacefully on April 2nd, 2024 at Wisconsin Veteran’s Home at Union Grove.

Survived by his wife of 41 years, Kathleen (nee Connolly) and son Patrick (Genesee) Albers. Loving grandfather of Caius and Micah. Brother of Tim (Cheryl) Albers and Karen Albers. Further survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.

He is preceded in death by parents Harold and Anita Albers and sister Mary Albers.

Visitation will be held on Monday, April 8th, 2024, at Hales Corners Lutheran Church (12300 W JANESVILLE RD, Hales Corners) from 10am-12pm with service at 12pm. Inurnment at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery at a later date.

Phil was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on October 11, 1951, and was a proud graduate of Milwaukee Lutheran Highschool class of 1969. He proudly served in the U.S Navy from 1970-1973 and received an honorable discharge. Phil proudly served his community as a Lieutenant volunteer firefighter and EMT with Lyons for about 10 years. Phil worked for the City of Kenosha as a Housing Specialist for 15 years.
