OJ was the heart and soul of the annual Riverwest Garden Tour. His warmth and enthusiasm will be greatly missed by his Riverwest friends and neighbors. Strength to Chris with this loss of the love of her life.

Dan is the father of 2 very good friends of mine and I consider them all family. I ended up becoming cool with Dan to the point where sometimes me and him would just hang and blast some tunes. Dan you put me on to a lot of great music and I will always think

Smiley was my best friends father. He was a spitting image of him. This guy was tough as nails, and he was always in a great mood with that smile. I know everyone is going to miss him. They just don’t make them like smiley anymore, what a badass !!!

Dear Chris, I am so terribly sorry for your loss. I have thought of you often over the years. The thing I remember most about your relationship with OJ is how very much you loved him. A love like that is so hard to find and you, my friend, have been blessed over and over.

Having Smiley come out to New Hampshire to see were I lived and enjoying each other's company . Then going out to Wisconsin and fishing on the Misissippi . Talking to him on the phone enjoying a YETI together. Love you Bro. And miss you forever. Pete .

So sorry to learn this sad news. I had J for several classes while I was a student at NMSU in Kirksville during the early 1970s. He was always encouraging and had a quick smile and ready wit. A creative guy. I’m thankful to have known him.

Noreen worked weekends as an Xray technician at Stanford Hospital for many years where we became friends. I just found out today about her passing. I am saddened by her death but very happy that she and I were friends through the years and that she was part of my life. We had wonderful Christmas

Miss you so much brother. And I know your responce to that if I could tell you would be "YA MON". So very glad I was lucky enough to have you in my life.

Friends & co-workers.

Dan was a laid-back guy. Smilin’ , friendly, kind, hard working, genuine soul. Met him at work/QuadGraphics. He hit it off great with the crew. Working nights with that Motley Crew,,,Those years were some of the best at QuadGraphics we had. I think I can say that with confidence for our entire crew. Blasting rock
