My godmother was Martha Stewart before Martha! She was kind, caring, talented and so helpful to my family when our mom died(Jan’s sister Mary Beth). She came to Michigan and stayed with my disabled father until we could make other arrangements.
My husband, Tom, and I loved taking her out to dinner where she and Tom enjoyed a martini! She was able to spend time with my family when she moved to Fox Point.
She lived a beautiful life, surviving many challenges and joys. Rest In Peace Aunt Jan. ❤️
