Pat was one of the good ones. A good life partner to Leon, a good mom to Michael and Emily, a good lawyer, a good friend, a good person. Conversations with Pat were always conversations that left me better informed and more hopeful about the world we live in. Our lives intersected as lawyers for a bit, but even more so as we knit together every Monday morning at my dining room table for so many years. She was a joy to have amongst us. I will cherish my memories of her kindness and humor, and her love of the home baked treats (especially the chocolate ones!) we shared on Monday mornings. She was loved. She will be missed.
