I moved to Milwaukee in1995, and Mary was very active at St Johns where I attended. She was one of the first to welcome me… yes it was a huge Italian dinner with wine, spiedini, sfinci, and Tiramisu. And amaretto aperitif.
She was very supportive when I want to start my flower shop “Belle Fiore” – inspired by the East Side Italian heritage. I spent 10 years in Milwaukee and was always amazed by Mary’s encouraging spirit.
Her memories will live with me forever…
