I was lucky enough to marry Noreen’s youngest daughter Cyndy almost 18 years ago.
My Mom was a big fan of Noreen and always talked about how smart Noreen was, which was my Mom’s favorite trait in a person.
Cyndy and I saw Noreen at least once a year. She visited us in San Francisco several times and we saw her when we visited Milwaukee every year.
Noreen was always very nice to me. I loved her sharp sense of humor and her laugh. She loved calling me a “toehead”, due to my blond hair.
It was always wonderful to see how much Cyndy loved her Mom and how much her Mom loved Cyndy.
I think the best judge of Noreen’s character is how her daughters turned out. All three of them are very good, ethical, honest and trustworthy women. And they are a lot of fun to be around. As I mentioned, I am lucky enough to be married to one of them.
Thank you for all you did raising three wonderful daughters, Noreen. We will miss you more than you could ever imagine.
