Mom, you have taught us by example to be strong women of faith and to hold fast to prayer. It’s been those precious words – that special nugget that I recall as a young teenager, that I didn’t quite understand the value of what you were trying to pass onto me. I would become so frustrated every time you’d tell me to pray; but it was that special nugget you gave me 53 yrs ago that has helped me endure through the tough times in Ministry and in everyday life. You have taught us to run the race and to fight the good fight of faith unto the end. Rest in Peace Mom and don’t worry about us, for you have taught us well.
