Paul was my daughter’s good friend beginning in high school and continuing even as he went home this week. We remember the many times that Paul visited our home to “hang out” and have a good time. We enjoyed his company so much when he participated in Jerralyn’s wedding to Cory. This week we laughed and cried at the memories of Paul; the group having a snowball fight in our yard that Paul “lost”, because he broke his glasses, but “won” because he got contacts to replace them and the slumber party where he stayed awake all night in the lounger because he wanted to be sure he got to McDonalds for work on time.
My husband Mark is a fellow MSOE graduate and he and Paul always had a lot to talk about, most particularly his senior project, a solar powered boat.
We will always remember the good friend he was to Jerralyn and Cory, and cherish the memories we have of the times he touched our lives.
