Margarete Malek

Margarete Malek (nee Voitel). Sunday, December 14th, 2014, age 90 years. Wife of the late Josef Malek. Dear mother of Sonja (Jim) Boyce, Carmen Rose, Ilona (Dale) Lewandowski, and the late infant Mannfried. Loving grandmother of Gina, Nicole, Kelly, and Krystal. Daughter of the late Rudolph and the late Anna Voitel. Sister of the late Edith and the late Willy. Also survived by great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.

Visitation Saturday, December 20th, 2014 from 11am to 12:30pm, at THE FUNERAL HOME. Funeral service to follow, at 12:30pm.

Margarete worked at Eagle Knitting Mills for a number of years. She loved to travel, particularly to warmer destinations – she frequented Hawaii, and adored cruises in the Caribbean. Her family would like to a extend a special thanks to Lake Terrace and Hometown Hospice.
