Passed away suddenly Tue. June 13, 2017 at the age of 55 yrs. Loving brother of Rosemary Kusak, Janet (Thomas) Miller. Randolph is preceded in death by his dear parents Rita and Gilbert Kusak and his sister Cynthia. Also survived by other relatives and friends. Randolph was a longtime Lab Manager at Denali Ingredients. Private Family services will be held.
